What We Collect

• Review submissions: name, email address, rating, review text, and any photos or a video link you choose to submit. Your email address is kept private and is never displayed publicly.
• Newsletter signup: your email address, used only to send UMH-68 updates.
• Player/roster information: names, positions, hometowns, and photos of participating players may be published as part of event results and history archives, with consent obtained through the registration/nomination process.
• Registration: UMH-68 Watchlist registration currently happens through an external form linked from this site — that form's own privacy practices apply to the information collected there.

How We Use It

We use the information above to operate UMH-68 events, moderate and display approved reviews, send newsletter updates to subscribers, and publish event results. We don't sell personal information to third parties.

Where It's Stored

Review submissions and media are stored with Supabase, our database and storage provider. Pending review submissions are never publicly accessible — only reviews we've approved appear on the site.

Your Choices

To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or have it removed (including a previously submitted review or roster listing), email info@umh68.com.

Cookies

This site uses a minimal authentication cookie for admin login only. It doesn't track visitors for advertising purposes. If analytics (e.g. Google Analytics or Vercel Analytics) are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that.

Showcase videos load from YouTube or Vimeo only after you choose to play them. Playing a video connects your browser to that provider, whose privacy and cookie practices apply. You can also use the direct video links to watch on the provider's own website.
